Lincoln-Goldfinch Law is seeking an experienced Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our Texas-based, in-person sales team. Bilingual Sales Consultants identify and educate prospective clients on the firm’s offerings while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to services. Bilingual Sales Consultants also call leads, contact potential clients, and drive business. Additionally, Bilingual Sales Consultants support the legal team by returning client phone calls, answering questions related to our process, and assisting with contracts and other tasks. Responsibilities: • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities • Meet with prospective clients • Take notes of all interactions • Advise clients on the options available to them through immigration services • Stay informed of developments in immigration law • Learn firm services, pricing, and offerings • Achieve sales goals • Follow up with leads • Provide exceptional client service • Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications: • Proven track record in sales • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • At least 4 years of immigration-specific experience is highly preferred • Familiarity with the Texas legal system • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Tenacious and driven pursuit of goals • Commitment to superior client service • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Proficient with Google Suite or related software • Ability to handle adversity with maturity and poise Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
