This is a full time position with a regular schedule and weekends off! Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with opportunities for overtime. Includes commissions, paid training, paid time off, paid holidays, and yearly raises.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in customer service or sales
Basic computer skills including experience with a point-of-sale system, data entry, communicating through email
The ability to use a calculator and ruler
Bilingual, Spanish-speaking skills preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as first point of contact for walk-in, email, and telephone customers.
Respond to customer questions, provide product recommendations and estimates, and assist customers with their order process.
Process customer orders and payment for sign orders.
Contact customers when their order is ready and ensure that they are satisfied after the job has been completed.
Send out marketing mailings and make phone calls to acquire new customers.
Assist store owner with paperwork and invoicing.
