    Your Role: As a Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Representative at the Good Shepherd, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

    Welcoming Patients: Greet patients and guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive start to their visit.

    Patient Registration: Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient information in the electronic health record (EHR).

    Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the medical team, notify them of patient arrivals, and manage any delays.

    Interpreting Services: Provide professional on-site Spanish interpreting services for patients, ensuring clear communication between patients and healthcare providers.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Skills: Strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
