Job Summary:
As a Bilingual Technical Support & Field Installation Representative, you will be responsible for providing both remote technical support and on-site installation of our products. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist customers in resolving problems, and travel to customer locations for installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Respond to customer inquiries in English and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear technical solutions.
Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions.
Field Installation:
Travel to customer locations for product installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Set up and configure hardware, software, and networking components.
Conduct system testing to ensure proper functionality.
Provide on-site customer training and support.
Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or field service installation preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Comfortable working with tools and equipment for hardware installation.
Ability to lift and transport equipment as needed.
Proficiency in networking, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
Willingness to travel for on-site installations (valid driver’s license required).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
