Casa Union Realty Group is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Transaction Coordinator to manage the contract-to-close process and support our real estate team in ensuring seamless transactions. In this role, you will oversee timelines, coordinate with clients and vendors, and maintain compliance with all required documentation. Responsibilities: • Manage the contract-to-close process , ensuring all deadlines, contingencies, and paperwork are handled accurately and on time. • Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other key parties to facilitate smooth transactions. • Review and ensure all transaction documentation is compliant , including contracts, disclosures, and closing statements. • Maintain updated transaction records within the CRM, transaction management software, and internal filing systems. • Track key transaction deadlines (earnest money, inspections, appraisals, loan approval, closing dates) and follow up as needed. • Assist in preparing and sending client communication to provide updates and ensure a seamless experience. • Support commission tracking and invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timely payments. • Monitor and improve transaction workflows , providing recommendations for enhanced efficiency. Qualifications: • Real estate experience required; Real Estate License preferred. • Fluency in Spanish is required. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors. • Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., CRM, MLS, transaction management platforms, e-signature software). • Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and transaction coordination best practices. • Ability to problem-solve and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
