Responsibilities: • Manage the contract-to-close process efficiently and accurately, ensuring all deadlines and paperwork are met in a timely manner. • Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other essential parties to facilitate smooth real estate transactions. • Review and confirm the compliance of all transaction documentation, such as contracts, disclosures, and closing statements. • Keep updated transaction records meticulously in the CRM, transaction management software, and internal filing systems. • Track and oversee key transaction deadlines like earnest money, inspections, appraisals, loan approval, and closing dates, providing necessary follow-ups. • Assist in drafting and sending client communications to keep them informed and ensure a seamless experience. • Support the commission tracking and invoicing processes to guarantee accurate and prompt payments. • Monitor and suggest improvements for transaction workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications: • Real estate experience required; Real Estate License preferred in Phoenix, AZ, US. • Fluency in Spanish is a must-have qualification for this role in Phoenix, AZ, US. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple transactions effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are needed to liaise with agents, clients, and vendors. • Proficiency in real estate software such as CRM, MLS, and e-signature platforms is required for this position. • Familiarity with real estate contracts, disclosures, and transaction best practices is a key requirement. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment are necessary. • Previous experience in transaction coordination, escrow, or real estate administration is a plus for this role in Phoenix, AZ, US.
