We are currently seeking a Accounts Receivable/Biller responsible for completing the billing and related accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, and maintaining vendor relationships. High volume accounts payable processing. This role includes tasks such as processing invoices, handling payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting the monthly closing process. The specialist ensures compliance with internal controls and company policies and provides administrative support to the finance team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Research issues and/or missing items that could delay billing.
- Work with the Sales team to apply appropriate costing.
- Obtain a working understanding of different fuel / product types and related billing differences.
- Provide administrative support by answering inbound calls and managing the retail fuel customer window.
- Cross train and backup to other members of the billing team.
- Participate in month-end close close as assigned.
- Other duties and reporting as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of accounts receivable, billing, data entry or related experience.
- High School diploma required.
- Ability to think outside of the box and come up with innovative solutions to problems
- Quick learner/flexible with ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
