Your responsibilities in this role Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered
Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
Billing experience desired
Knowledge of Purchase Orders
Familiarity with Invoice Processing
Sufficient knowledge in spreadsheets and internet applications
Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience Preferred
Organized
A desire to further their career in accounting
QuickBooks experience
Work in fast paced office that expects high volume
Team player that works well with others
Well written and spoken, and able to handle conversations professionally with our clients and vendors
Positive attitude
Knowledgeable to how they learn effectively and able to flex learning style to better digest new information
