    Billing Coordinator w/ Exceptional Customer Service Skills We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient with billing software, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care. Responsibilities: • Billing Management : Accurately prepare and issue invoices for clients based on service agreements, ensuring all charges are correctly documented. • Customer Support : Act as the main point of contact for clients with billing-related questions or concerns. Provide prompt and effective solutions to billing inquiries. • Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices, working with clients and internal teams to clarify and correct any errors. • Record Keeping : Maintain up-to-date and accurate billing records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and reconciled. • Communication : Liaise with clients in a professional, friendly, and clear manner. Provide status updates on billing matters and inform clients about any delays or changes to their accounts. • Collaboration : Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure billing processes align with company policies and accounting standards. • Customer Experience Improvement : Continuously assess the customer experience and recommend improvements to enhance the overall service delivery. • Reports and Documentation : Prepare billing reports and assist with audits as required. Qualifications: • Exceptional customer service skills with a calm and professional demeanor. • Proven experience as a Billing Coordinator, Billing Specialist, or in a similar customer service-focused role. • Strong knowledge of billing processes and related software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex billing details in an understandable way. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Compensation: $22.50 per hour
