    Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and strong communication skills? We’re looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team! You’ll play a key role in managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate billing records. If you're highly motivated, organized, and ready for an exciting opportunity in billing and customer service, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly and accurately
    • Post customer payments to accounts and ensure proper record-keeping
    • Organize and file deposit receipts as payments are processed
    • Generate reports on delinquent accounts and track customer payment profiles
    • Reconcile cash receipts and deposits on a regular basis
    • Analyze financial records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies

    Requirements:

    • 1-5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) or accounting role
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Excel
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
    • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in finance/accounting-related is a plus
