Job Summary:

Established HVAC Company looking for Billing Specialist to join their team. Knowledge of the HVAC industry is a plus l Required skills include accuracy, time management, data entry, and attention to detail. This Is a high volume, fast-paced environment that requires overtime. This position caters to the self-­ starting candidate with a strong ability to multitask and produce consistent and accurate results.

Primary Job Duties:

• Reviews and analyzing customer accounts to ensure transactions are accurately billed
• Creates and/or revises manual invoices
• Research and Resolving customer issues
• Creates and processes billing adjustments
• Processing filter cost invoices into the Service Titan system
• Perform advanced billing functions and invoicing
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred.
