As a Billing & Payroll Specialist you will provide data entry functions and assist with the Agency invoicing process, ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information, and prepare claims for submission as directed by the Administrator/designee.

What we are looking for:
Experience with billing and payroll duties (required)
High school graduate
Minimum of one (1) year general office experience with some data entry
Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.
Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable.
Accurate and detail-oriented approach to projects
Insurance authorization experience preferred
Home care experience
What you will be doing:
Assist in client invoicing and third-party claim submission
Employee shift verifications
Travel time calculations
Complete the accounts receivable billing and charge entry duties in a timely manner
Process payroll for field staff timely and accurately
Documents employee personnel changes
Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information
Manage employee benefit data entry
