JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and general maintenance on all equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform Preventative Maintenance to reduce machine downtime
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Inspect, test, and operate machinery to diagnose machine malfunctions and validate repairs
• Follow all safety procedures; Lock-out/Tag-out
• Read blueprints, drawings and electrical schematics
• Perform assigned duties in time allotted, maintain records using software and detailed logs
• Assist in equipment changeovers and start ups
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, boxes, pumps, control systems, compressed air systems, gears, pulleys, belts, conveyors, sprockets, chains, bearings, etc.
• Use all hand and power tools
• Ability to weld
• Ability to work in a team environment

You should be proficient in:

• Blueprint Reading
• Preventive Maintenance
• Electrical Schematics
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Mechanical troubleshooting

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Servo Motors
