We are currently seeking a Finance And Operations Analyst to join our team!

Biostate.AI aims to build a foundational model of biology that can predict the evolution of health and disease. For each subject, Biostate's neural network will use past multiomic state information to predict future multiomic states, which in turn can be used to classify future disease state. Biostate's ultimate goal is to improve human healthspan, and proximally can facilitate biopharma drug development through accurate prediction of toxicology in preclinical research.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost analysis on financial programs and operations
• Tracking and budget management
• Assisting with onboarding and training new employees
• Managing IT, such as company software, accounts, and email system
• Flexible and adaptive, willing to take different responsibilities and challenges at a startup

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and critical thinking skills
