Position Summary: We are seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a STEM Birthday Coordinator and Instructor. This unique role combines the excitement of hosting memorable birthday parties with the fulfillment of teaching STEM concepts through our proven curriculum. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and creative professional who loves working with children and enjoys a flexible, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
STEM Instruction:
Teach engaging STEM classes based on our structured curriculum
Facilitate hands-on engineering activities that encourage problem-solving and creativity.
Support and inspire students by providing individual assistance and fostering a positive learning environment.
Manage class supplies, conduct demonstrations, and observe student progress.
Birthday Party Coordination:
Host and coordinate birthday parties, ensuring a fun and seamless experience for children and their families.
Plan and execute party activities, incorporating STEM themes and engaging challenges.
Create a memorable experience by organizing games, activities, and interactive sessions tailored to the birthday child’s interests.
Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high satisfaction for both children and parents.
Customer Service and Community Engagement:
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and guests.
Uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Build and nurture relationships with families, making them feel valued and supported.
