The Courtyard by Marriott is currently seeking professional, highly skilled and energetic candidates to apply for the Bistro Lead position.
The Bistro Lead is responsible for the daily hands on operation of the restaurant including:
scheduling
supervising
ordering
inventory control
reports
quality assurance
guest relations
cooking
cleaning
catering
Successful candidates will have attention to detail and be able to successfully lead the team to meet or exceed Marriott and management expectations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to connect with, motivate and encourage a team to excellence. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are also critical skills for a successful candidate. Prior Bar Tending knowledge/experience is highly preferred.

*Minimum requirement of 2 consecutive years in Food *Management food certification preferred *ABC certification preferred
