    RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN AVIATION PROFESSIONAL AT BITLUX

    • Gain and maintain relationships with Bitlux Clientele through provided contact requests
    • Manage new and existing Bitlux Client charter requests.
    • Perform all flight related duties, flight following, scheduling, logistic support
    • Introduce yourself to existing clientele as their new Charter Manager.
    • Structure regular emails to existing Bitlux Clients, keeping them up to date with the office, yourself, and the journey of Aviation.
    • Update and maintain CRM (SalesForce, customized)
    • Explore new ideas with the team on improving workflow and client experience.
    • Attend industry functions throughout America.
    • Meet clients face to face nationwide (business expensed, trip related travel)
    • Risk mitigation during service rendering.
    • Identify problems and solutions, both clientele related and internally.
    • Hold financial responsibility for internal projects and external orchestrated services (ex. Budget and plan music tours, executive real estate touring, etc.)

    WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

    • Starting Salary of $30,000/yr during probationary period, $35,000/yr draw after initial probationary period with a tiered commission structure after that (our newest team member can expect to see $80,000-$130,000 first year).
