BITTERSWEET PET RESORT, ONE OF MICHIANA'S MOST EXCITING PET CARE BUSINESSES IS LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC INSIDE SALESPERSON. Caring for dogs and cats is a great responsibility and privilege - one that we take very seriously. Our commitment is rewarded each time we send home a happy pet to a satisfied pet parent.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales representatives to take incoming calls from already interested pet parents, no cold calling! This is a full-time position on site. Currently looking to hire a morning and afternoon shift.

A successful Sales Representative can earn up to $40,000/year.

POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Answering a high volume of inbound calls and emails.
• Utilizing a script to ensure a consistent and positive client experience
• Conducting tours of the facility with prospective clients
• Promoting our unique pet care services and booking new reservations

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years' experience as a Reservation Specialist, Customer Care Representative, Inbound Sales Representative, Call Center Representative, or similar position with relevant job responsibilities
• Experience using database software and accurately entering data into various computer systems
• The ability to control and guide client conversations to ensure efficient communication
• Experience as a hospitality professional is a plus!

A SUCCESSFUL BITTERSWEET PET RESORT SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated by MEASURABLE GOALS and a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn and apply our Proven Coaching System
• Availability to work at least 1 weekend day per week & some holidays
