AS THE CREATIVE MARKETING ASSISTANT FOR RG LEGACY ENTERPRISES LLC, YOU WILL MANAGE A MULTITUDE OF PROJECTS AND TASKS AT THE SAME TIME SO YOU MUST BE A FAST-PACED WORKER, QUICK LEARNER, MULTI-TASKING GLADIATOR, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, DETAIL-ORIENTED NINJA, AND A CREATIVE THINKING BEAST!
THIS ROLE IS TO BOTH BE THE ASSISTANT FOR OUR CEO AND ALSO ASSIST IN THE MARKETING OF BRANDS. MUST BE PASSIONATE ABOUT MARKETING AND BRANDING, AND LOVE TO CREATE CONTENT WITH PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE. THIS IS A DUAL ROLE OF A MARKETING ASSISTANT AND AN OFFICE ASSISTANT COMBINED. SO THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST BE FLEXIBLE BECAUSE NO 2 DAYS WILL BE THE SAME. MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, ENERGY AND PERSONALITY MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH OUR CEO AS THE ROLE REQUIRES WORKING CLOSELY WITH HER.

ASSIST IN ENSURING CONSISTENCY WITH COMPANY STRATEGY, COMMITMENTS, AND GOALS ACROSS ALL PRODUCT LINES.
ASSIST IN PROVIDING SUPPORT TO TEAM MEMBERS, RESEARCHING, PREPARING, AND DRAFTING DOCUMENTS FOR THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE DEPARTMENT PROCESSES.
ASSIST IN DEVELOPING KEY RELATIONSHIPS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS TO ELEVATE THE BRAND PROFILE AND DRIVE REVENUE.
ASSIST IN COLLECTING, ANALYZE, COMPARE AND REPORT ON PROJECTS.

ASSIST IN COORDINATING PROJECTS TO MEET OBJECTIVES, BUDGETS, PRESENTATION APPROACHES, STYLES, AND TECHNIQUES.
ASSIST IN PROVIDING UP-TO-DATE STATUS AND TIMELINES FOR ALL PENDING PROJECTS.
ASSIST IN MAINTAINING CURRENT FILES, FOLDERS, INVENTORIES OF DEPARTMENT DOCUMENTS.
ASSIST WITH DEPARTMENT TEAM MEMBERS TO DESIGN, LAYOUT, AND PREPARE ALL BRAND CREATIVE WORKS.
ASSIST IN APPLYING MARKETING BEST PRACTICES ACROSS ALL BRAND CHANNELS AND INITIATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH.
ASSIST IN CREATING, DEVELOPING, IMPLEMENTING & EXECUTING STRATEGIC VENUE MARKETING PLANS, MEDIA BUYS, BRANDING STRATEGIES, AND PROMOTIONAL PROJECTS.
ASSIST IN THE CREATIVE PROCESS TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN MARKETING INCLUDING ADVERTISEMENTS, WEB GRAPHICS, EMAIL CAMPAIGNS, PROMOTIONAL FLIERS, SALES PACKAGES, AND BROCHURES.
ASSIST IN MANAGING MARKETING AND ADVERTISING OPERATING BUDGETS.
ASSIST IN FINANCIAL REPORTING WEEKLY/MONTHLY TO CEO.
