Seeking corporate attorneys for Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, or Texas offices.

Recent experience working for a large firm _ highly_ preferred.

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience with fund formation, governance and transactions and/or securities matters. Applicable bar admission is required. Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills are required. We offer a competitive starting salary plus a comprehensive benefits program. Salary is commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $325,000.
