The Production Lead is a professional, self-motivated team player with strong communication skills, experienced in manufacturing vinyl signage to be used on signs such as wall murals, window graphics, vehicle wraps, post & panel signs, office & lobby signs and more. This person is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment and is able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities

Sign production

Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Consult/interface with project managers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area

Maintain company equipment

Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to job

Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional

Qualifications

5 years experience as a professional sign maker – knows how to produce and fabricate signage

Large format digital printing experience. Bonus points if you have experience with an HP 300 series latex printer and a Graphtex FC9000-160 plotter.

Experienced with Corebridge and Flexi software

Knowledgeable in color management

Experience with Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Design experience highly valued, though not required

Vehicle wrap installation highly valued, though not required1.

Able to work confidently and expertly with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
