SALES MANAGER

THE ROLE: As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the overall business development and continued growth of our regional center. You will lead a team of professionals focusing on direct sales, relationship building, marketing and branding in a variety of verticals including: Hospitality, Medical, Commercial Property Management, Multifamily, Insurance Adjuster and Insurance Agency marketing. You will have P&L responsibilities assuring all metrics are being met. You will be responsible for staffing, training and managing your sales team.

THE ORGANIZATION: We are in growth mode with a plan to add more than 20 new facilities over the next 9 years. We are a team built on high energy, high performing individuals who work together to maintain Blackmon Mooring / BMSCAT as an industry leader. The combined leadership experience of our executive team, along with the years of hands on expertise of our Supervisors, Project Managers, Estimators, Sales, Operations, and General Managers assures our continued success.
THE REWARDS: As the Sales Manager, you will receive a base salary along with an unlimited opportunity for quarterly bonuses based solely on the profitability of your region. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: To succeed in this role you must have experience leading a diverse sales team generate over $5MM in revenue annually. Success leading a consumer focused sales team is also critical. You do not have to have industry specific experience, but you will need to show the ability to learn quickly and the drive to expand your career competencies.
