Purpose:
To administer the sales pipeline for Commercial Grounds Management and perform job measurements both in and out of the field. Will also be responsible for creating job folders/maps and utilizing GIS software to help assist production staff.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Administration of sales pipeline for CGM
- Including entering new leads, tracking their status, providing reports to management, and researching properties/clients.
- Utilizing GIS software to measure jobs and create job maps such as snow maps, mulch maps, pruning maps, and gemba maps.
- In field measuring of CGM job sites.
- Assist in facilitating a handover from Sales to Production on sold jobs
- Entering measurements and estimated time into BOSS for pricing CGM.
- Market Research and Analysis. Goal will be to identify opportunities not only in current markets but new markets that we are looking to enter.

- Proficient in MS Office (excel, word, outlook) and general computer skills.
- Understanding of landscape maintenance principles.
- Ability to accurately measure in the field. Significant walking required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis
- Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks
- Must wear company-provided eye protection as required
- Must have valid NC Driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
- Must comply with Bland’s policies and procedures.
- Experience with GIS or other computer based mapping software is desired.
