    Responsibility (WHAT)

    The responsibilities and duties for this Director of Operations include, but are not limited to, the following items:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC (installation and service) departments)
    • Lead, coach, mentor, train, and manage 5-8 managers
    • Set and ensure achievement of KPI’s and EOS Rocks for direct reports and their departments
    • Develop and implement processes and structure
    • Manage revenue through analyzing profitability and finding ways to improve efficiencies
    • Be the liaison between the different departments and build amazing teams
    • Celebrate wins with the teams
    • Work with vendors
    • Execute the business plan, implement new strategies, and document processes
    • Handle escalated customer complaints
    • Implement EOS throughout the entire company
    • Oversee the price book
    • Uphold and communicate core values and vision
    • Advocate the company in the community

    Specifications (TICKET)Required

    • Minimum of 5 years management experience in a leadership role
    • Profit and Loss experience

    Preferred

    • 12+ years management experience
    • Proven success implementing and attaining KPI’s
    • Proven success in growing a company
    • Home service industry experience
    • Experience in a customer-facing role
    • Experience working for a small to medium-sized company
    • Continued leadership training/education

    Desired

    • 10+ years management experience
    • Industry experience in:
      • HVAC

      • Electrical

      • Plumbing

    • Sales management experience
    • EOS knowledge
    • Tony Robbins training
    • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
    • MBA
