    Our Ideal Candidate will have:

    • Proven track record as a successful Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, or Staffing Coordinator, in high-growth environments
    • Outstanding communication and people skills
    • Self-Drive, Motivation and ability to think outside the box
    • Superior organizational & time management skills
    • Great attitude under pressure
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Web-Based Software navigation & Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases
    • Attention to detail (they will have at least read this entire job posting)
    • Experience with hiring practices and stages (screening, interviews, assessments, onboarding)
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • BS/BA in Human Resource Management, Business or relevant field

    What You Can Expect:

    • Ownership & execution of Blanton’s recruiting strategy
    • Attend job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events
    • Manage candidate database (e.g. resumes and contact details) in our Applicant Tracking System
    • Coordinate hiring activities such as pre-employment screenings, getting references, performing background checks, & driving record searches
    • Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions
    • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires
    • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
    • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
