    _ What You'll Be Doing :_

    • Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers on diverse structural projects.
    • Conduct structural analysis and design using industry-standard software, with the support of group leaders.
    • Learn what makes a great set of drawings and contribute to advancing our commitment to excellence for our clients.
    • Participate in site visits and field observations as often as we can.
    • Communicate effectively and consistently with the entire design team to ensure project success—drive clarity and converge on solutions, not more problems.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • _ What We're Looking For_ :

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a focus in structural engineering for vertical structures

    • 0-4 years of experience in structural engineering (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

    • Possession of an EIT license

    • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, RAM, Risa3D, or similar.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

    • Experience in Revit is a plus

    • Valid US drivers license

    • Reliable transportation

    _ Physical Demands and Work Environment:_

    • Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer or on construction sites.
    • Duties require the ability to actively engage with a computer for several hours per day.
    • May occasionally need to lift items up to 15 lbs.
