JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (HPA – HEALTH PLAN ADVOCATE) - VIRGINIA LOCATION: 1331 S. CURRY PIKE, BLOOMINGTON IN 47403 - REMOTE REPORTS TO: PROGRAM MANAGER DEPARTMENT/TEAM: VARIES PAY: $12.00 AN HOUR

OUR TECHNOLOGY We provide advanced sales and enrollment automation software to the insurance industry through our Ascend™ technology platform. Bloom’s Ascend™ technology platform focuses on sales automation efficiencies and optimizing the member experience from the first moment a prospect considers a health plan membership.

REMOTE QUALIFICATIONS – You must have the minimum computer requirements available:
• Internet o Recommended: Wired connection o At least 15 mbps of download bandwidth o Satellite internet is not supported or allowed • PC o Windows 10 o Intel i3 or Ryzen 3 CPU o 4 GB of RAM o Webcam o Antivirus software: ? Configured for either real time scans or twice daily scans ? Configured for automated virus pattern updates occurring no less than every 24 hours o Recommended: Dual monitors o Zoom installed for remote assistance • Mac o OS X Catalina or newer o Intel i3 o 4GB of RAM o Webcam o Microsoft Remote Desktop client installed o Antivirus software: ? Configured for either real time scans or twice daily scans ? Configured for automated virus pattern updates occurring no less than every 24 hours o Zoom installed for remote assistance • Chromebook / ChromeOS o Not supported • Linux o Not supported
Evidence will be required for all of the items except anything that is marked as “Recommended”. We will provide steps as much as we reasonably can to help get that information.

WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
