    Overview:

     

    We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Growth Marketing Manager based in Los Angeles to join our growing team!

     

    The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, supporting, auditing and refining all paid digital advertising efforts. This position will have a great deal of autonomy. Currently, we have no team members experienced in digital marketing and you would be a fundamental part of our team! For context, our FB Ads budget is $100k+ per month and we’re very interested in scaling that as well as bringing our Google Ads in house as well. There is exceptional room for growth in this role and we are willing to hire interns or junior person to support you.

     

    DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage acquisition marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, with a strong focus on FB Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing
    • Drive growth in lacking areas of current ad portfolio and edit current campaigns to maximize effectiveness
    • Refine current FB Ads retargeting campaigns and create/execute new cold-traffic campaigns
    • Leverage internal creative team to generate content for new marketing initiatives
    • Develop and analyze metrics to ensure campaigns success
    • Rationalize and execute Bloom’s digital advertising keeping in mind CAC, LTV, scaling customers, etc.
    • Manage and report on specific metrics including CAC, CTR, CVR, etc. regularly and proactively address lagging areas
    • Constantly iterate and A/B test improving marketing with a data driven lens
    • Aid in developing the Influencer Manager to create top quality influencer and affiliate marketing program
    • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, strategies, platforms and software

     

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 1-3 years experience managing, creating and executing performance marketing campaigns
    • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Pinterest and Excel
    • Social native who stays ahead of social media trends, capabilities, and platforms
    • Highly organized and task oriented
    • Self-starter willing to work on team-based and independent projects
    • Highly analytical and ability to make data informed decisions
    • Open to remote workers and in person (our offices are in Santa Monica, CA)
