💰 EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE: Commission-Based Artist - NO FOLLOWING NEEDED.

You’ll be employed as a commission-based stylist, earning:

✔️ 40% commission per service

✔️ Average blowout is $85, earning you around $34 per service before tips ✔️ Tips? Oh yes. We educate clients to tip via Cash, Cash App, or Venmo so you get your full gratuity, fast ✔️ Weekly pay is deposited via direct deposit — no waiting, no hassle

We know some salons might throw out flashy commission rates — 45%, 50%, even higher — to catch your attention. But here’s the truth: those numbers don’t mean much if the prices are low or the salon isn’t bringing in new clients.

At Pink Soda, we don’t play that game. We charge premium prices, and we have the brand power and social buzz to keep fresh clients walking through the door — daily.

💰 Our artists earn 40% commission (plus tips!) — and it adds up fast. A full-time provider who shows up, works the days that they commit to, takes walk-ins, and is committed to great service sees $800–$900 per week in commissions before tips. That’s consistent income, not empty promises.

Afternoon & Evening Shifts (Start around 11 AM – end around 7 PM)
