Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

· Speaking on the phone and emailing landlords and residents regarding any questions or concerns they may have

· Handling the entire move-out process – from walking the property at move-out to confirming the property is rent ready and back on the market for rent

· Overseeing the creation of new leases

· Managing and overseeing maintenance issues during the term of the lease

· Tracking property performance based on various reports

You will be evaluated on the following metrics:

· Fully up to speed within four months of your start date with minimal oversight required going forward

· Same day response time to landlords, residents and all others

· Consistently receive 5-star reviews as a result of your 5-star service to our landlords and residents

· Consistently have houses 100% move-in ready after a vacancy

· Minimize the number of missed phones calls in order to best serve our landlords and residents

· Handle all maintenance items in a timely and efficient manner

Job Overview:

Title: Residential Property Manager

Work Hours: Full Time

Salary: $40,000-$60,000

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, Real Estate License is a bonus
