Appointment Setter Job Description:

You will work with homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our amazing Sales Team. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but to go door-to-door and find interested customers to get a free Solar proposal. If you are a motivated person who wants to work for a great company with an all-star cast of customer service and corporate teams, make a good living, and expand your talents then this is the job for you!

Schedule:

We are open to candidates seeking flexible schedules, either Part-time or Full-time employment, Monday through Friday, with Weekend potential, as well.

Responsibilities:

• Knock door-to-door (Outside, Direct Sales)
• Set appointments with customers to review their solar proposal
• Help homeowners lower their current power bill

Requirements:

• Great communication skills
• Physical ability to work on your feet
• Willingness to be a Clean Energy Educator
• Previous door-to-door experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• $55,000-$85,000 annually for full-time Appointment Setters
• Starting pay $12/hr + Commission until 5 appointments are pitched. Once 5 pitches are hit pay is raised to $20/hr + Commission

You can earn $20/HR + commission . Average full-time reps can make $1250 per week and our top reps can make $3000 per week.
