As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Blue Ridge, you will support the commercial teams by leveraging analytics to create a single pane of glass viewpoint into the performance of our growth engine. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing processes and tools involved in our GTM strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain standard sales dashboards and executive reporting packages to provide real time performance updates for each commercial team (Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Org)
- Produce weekly pipeline generation and bookings forecast updates working closely with the Revenue Operations manager
- Create reporting packages and materials for internal QBRs covering performance of each of the commercial functions
- Leverage analytics and work cross-functionally with leadership to identify inefficiencies in our processes and operations
- Partner with related functions within Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Org to ensure we can track, report, and manage to key performance indicators
- Maintain prospective customer and existing customer database and ensure GTM teams and motions are appropriately deployed to customers and prospects
- Train and support end-users of systems and tools within the sales tech stack
- Ensure commercial tech stack adoption, data compliance, and governance
- Serve as the main point of contact for admin/tech support for the commercial tech stack
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in an analytical role (e.g., revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, or a BI team); or, a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and an internship in an analytical role
- Willingness and aptitude to learn sales & BI tools including Salesforce, Pardot, and PowerBI
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to synthesize data and draw actionable insights
- Aptitude for structured problem solving in data analysis and business process design
- Results-oriented mindset and desire to advance in the Revenue Operations field
- Effective communication skills and ability to present in senior management meetings
- SaaS company experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, PowerBI, or Tableau
