Job Description

Blue Sky Financial, LLC is looking for outstanding candidates to be part of our processing team. Blue Sky Financial is a digital mortgage company that originates high volumes of conventional, FHA, & VA, loans. We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor that will be able to keep pace with our high volumes and utilize their superior organizational skills. Working closely within dedicated teams, the candidate will set up new files and order all required documentation. Successful candidates will be able to:

• Order and review appraisals, credit reports, title insurance, flood and tax certificates
• Review all documents thoroughly and ensure loan compliance prior to submission to Underwriting
• Communicate with clients, sellers, title companies, escrow agents, and real estate agents in order to obtain additional documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service by being proactive in communicating with the borrowers and loan originators
• Once loans are cleared to close, be the primary liaison for sales and closing to help facilitate loans closing requests. Review HUD prior to closing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ current experience in the mortgage industry
• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred
• Must be detailed oriented, organized and work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced, high production environment
• 3 years’ experience processing residential mortgage loans, experience in Conventional, Fannie Mae, DU/LP, FHA, Brokered/Correspondent Loans and Portfolio Loans
• Strives to achieve and exceed productivity expectations and standards
• Be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to “pre-underwrite” the file assuming what conditions will be needed prior to the file being underwritten by the underwriter requirements
• High level of integrity, enthusiasm, respect for others, drive and leadership
