    Position Overview:

    E-Force Marine is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-time Remote Grant Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in grant writing, research, and management within the renewable energy and maritime sectors. The ideal candidate will assist our grant writing team in identifying, preparing, and submitting grant proposals to secure funding for our projects and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities from federal, state, local, and private funding sources that align with E-Force Marine mission and projects.
    • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation and development of compelling and accurate grant proposals, including writing, editing, and organizing required documents and materials.
    • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze relevant data to support grant proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with grant requirements.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with E-Force Marine team, to gather necessary information and develop comprehensive grant applications.
    • Submission and Follow-up: Manage the submission process for grant proposals, including ensuring all deadlines are met and following up with funding agencies as needed.
    • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Renewable Energy, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.

    Qualifications:

    Skills:

    • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
    • Demonstrated interest in sustainability, renewable energy, marketing, business management and marine conservation.
