We’re hiring a motivated real estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing team! We are looking for a team player who strives a reaching their goals. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners. COMPENSATION: $70,000 - $110,000 Commission Based

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Long-term, consistent follow up with sales prospects
• Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients
• Generate leads for potential properties to purchase by networking
• Identifying vacant properties and following up on these leads
• Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide strategies to maximize profitable growth
• Provide reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
• Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue

ABOUT COMPANY Blueprint Homes LLC is a fast growing Real Estate Investment company buying homes in "as is" shape throughout Metro Atlanta. We utilize several different outbound marketing strategies to find motivated sellers. We then negotiate with potential sellers to buy their property to flip. Blueprint Homes has been in business for 2 years in the Atlanta market and its principals have over 25 years of experience in buying investment properties and building new homes in Georgia.
