Responsibilities:
Execute on agreed sales strategy to generate revenue and maximizing gross profit in your vertical.
Identify key contacts that could utilize our offerings within the market.
Build great relationships with your target clients.
Understand your customer’s needs related to what Bluewater offers. Document this in our database, and ensure the customer is aware of all relevant Bluewater offerings.
Travel to key markets to develop relationships, win and grow business. Develop and nurture a relationship with the client that ensures they continually choose Bluewater to fulfill all their needs.
Accurately forecast gross profit to drive growth.
Maintain a thorough understanding of your vertical, including trends, technology, business, and performance indicators.
Consistently reach out to potential customers, as well as existing contacts by communicating via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are an aggressive sales professional and self-starter who builds real relationships, creates demand, and closes deals. You are confident and adept at creating meaningful interactions with your customers, both on the phone or in person. You can quickly learn the details of our services and understand your customer’s needs as they relate to Bluewater’s offerings. You are a keen negotiator with the ability to resolve issues by employing a win/win philosophy. You have experience working with internal stakeholders to create solutions that address complex problems. You are able to position multi-vendor solutions and articulate primary services strategies. You are a tenacious sales person that isn’t afraid to work hard and make the investment necessary to build and sustain long term growth.
