Job Summary

We are looking for wonderful, compassionate caregivers for clients in the Blythewood and Elgin, South Carolina area.

You will be directly working with the client, following a one-on-one care plan in their home. You must have a big heart and the ability to provide personalized and attentive care by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You must be detail-oriented, prompt and communicative, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets our client's needs. Strong verbal and written skills are also needed to succeed in this role. Prior experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

Assist clients with necessary daily living activities, including dressing and personal care.

Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, and light housecleaning.

Keeping records of client care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.

Assist clients with meal prep and light cooking.

Engage with clients in exercises or other physical fitness activities.

Shifts Needed (some flexibility)

Sat + Sun (Elgin): 10am-5pm

Sat + Sun (Blythewood): 5pm-9pm

Qualifications

Preferred degree from an accredited nurse assistant program

High School Diploma or GED

One year prior professional experience

Driver’s license and reliable transportation required

CPR certification required (or willing to complete)
