Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate BCaBA to join our team. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and support individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other behavioral challenges. The role requires a commitment to improving clients' quality of life through evidence-based practices and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising BCBA.
Accurately collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior, and report findings to the BCBA.
Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure the consistency of behavior strategies across settings.
Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments under BCBA guidance.
Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and data collection, and prepare progress reports.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, therapists, and educators.
Qualifications:
Current BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field
