We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to join our team and contribute to our mission of making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism.
Qualifications:
Required:
Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Adherence to BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
Ability to move freely, quickly, and frequently from a seated position to a standing position, and lift items up to 50 lbs. on occasion
Preferred:
Field of study for Master's Degree
Specific certifications or qualifications
Overview:
Select appropriate assessments and complete required components for client funding sources
Administer assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis
Develop reports including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries
Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff and monitor progress regularly
Train and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures and interventions
Develop individualized programming based on client and caregiver needs
