About the Role:
Roger Williams Academy (RWA) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our clinic team as we build out our innovative clinic model in preparation for the opening of our private Montessori school. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative, clinic-based environment located in a commercial building.
The BCaBA will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality supervision to RBTs, ensuring the delivery of effective ABA services, and collaborating closely with the BCBA, Special Education Teacher/Clinical Operations Director, and other team members. With a maximum capacity of 7-8 clients, our clinic offers a unique opportunity to focus on individualized care in a close-knit, supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A passion for improving the lives of clients and families through ABA therapy.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide RBTs effectively.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to contribute to treatment planning and data-driven decision-making.
Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative mindset to foster a positive team culture.
An openness to voicing opinions, asking questions, and embracing RWA’s innovative approach to ABA services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and support to RBTs to ensure high-quality implementation of treatment plans.
Assist in the development and refinement of client programs in collaboration with the BCBA.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions.
Contribute to the vibrant, team-oriented atmosphere that RWA is known for.
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement behavior analytic interventions and evaluate their effectiveness
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
