    ROH Community, a leading provider of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey, is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

    We are looking for a driven and compassionate professional who is committed to making a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve.

    The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to staff and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of applied behavior analysis and a track record of using evidence-based practices to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

    Qualifications:

    Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.BCBA certification.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Knowledge of evidence-based practices and experience implementing behavior intervention plans.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the function of challenging behaviors.

    Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment data.

    Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on implementing behavior plans.

    Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to individuals.
