Job Title: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

ABA Life Center expects our staff to:
Construct and implement a strong and consistent ABA program
Work in alliance with behavior technicians and parents to develop meaningful and individualized programs
Provide quality supervision and train staff through BST (e.g., training, modeling, rehearsing, and giving/receiving feedback)
Be experienced at addressing challenging behaviors (e.g., aggression, elopement, self-injury, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Supervising a team of behavior technicians implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Observing and analyzing skill acquisition/behavior graphs to determine if program modifications are needed
Conducting a variety of assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) to guide the direction and determine appropriate goals for clients
Training parents on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
Creating treatment plans and skill acquisition programs for clients
Writing thorough progress reports and reauthorization reports
Regularly monitoring staff and program implementation to ensure high levels of procedural integrity
Reviewing session notes created by staff to ensure they are comprehensive and in line with company standards

Qualifications:
Masters Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree for BCaBA)
BCBA or BCaBA Certification (required)
Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians for 2+ years.
Experience implementing ABA strategies for at least 4+ years.
Experience working in the home and center setting (preferred)
