Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor Location: Farmington, Missouri

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Farmington, Missouri. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and motivated BCBA to lead and mentor a team of professionals while overseeing the implementation of evidence-based ABA interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Impact: Share your expertise on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ABA through training, mentorship, and presentations, shaping the professional development of both clients and staff.
Collaborative Supervision: Oversee a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Therapists, ensuring the high-fidelity implementation of ABA treatment plans to maximize client outcomes.
Client-Centered Approach: Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, analyze data, and make adjustments to ensure continuous progress.
Family Engagement: Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to equip them with the tools to support behavior strategies at home.
Professional Growth: Stay at the forefront of ABA research and best practices through ongoing professional development, training, and Continuing Education (CE) opportunities.
Mentorship & Guidance: Provide supervision and professional support to junior clinicians, helping them grow in their roles and maintain best practices.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: At least two years of hands-on ABA experience, with expertise in conducting ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
Certification: Current BCBA certification in good standing, with 8 hours of supervision training completed or in progress.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with families, staff, and other professionals.
Experience conducting and overseeing functional behavior assessments and creating effective behavior intervention plans.
Ability to work independently while fostering a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced setting.
Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance, as travel may be required.
