    Job Description: ABC Behavior Therapy, LLC (ABC) is a child and family-centered ABA agency seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Bartlett/Cordova Area!     We offer a 100% flexible schedule which is determined by you. You design your work schedule as long as your billable hours are met. There are no night, weekend or on-call hours required. We also ensure that all clients are provided by the organization with billable hours guaranteed.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Supervision and oversight for small caseload of 10+

    Complete Skill Based and Functional Behavioral Assessments

    Collect and analyze data and make changes to Behavior Intervention Plan as needed

    Monitor and record patient progress

    Complete reports detailing the progress of an ABA program

    Monitor the need for patient reassessment or referral

    Assist with reliability/treatment fidelity of Behavior Intervention Plans

    BCBA Qualifications:

    Active BCBA certification

    Minimum of 6 month (1 year experience preferred) in designing and supervising evidence-based treatment for children with developmental disabilities, autism, and/or challenging behaviors

    Experience with Skill Based Assessments and electronic data collection

    Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments

    Collaborative approach to working with families, therapists and other professionals

    Strong written and verbal skills

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
