Autonomous Behavior Solutions is a growing ABA company looking for a BCBA to provide supervision for our in-home, clinic, and school programs using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. The services areas are the Long Beach, South Bay, and South LA County Areas.

As a Clinical Supervisor - BCBA at Autonomous Behavior Solutions, your role would be:
Essential Functions:
Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and treatment plans.
Develops individualized goals and objectives for programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
Ensures appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives
Trains clinical staff on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems
Meets regularly with the Director of Clinical Services and notifies them immediately of issues impacting the client’s progress and satisfaction
Full-Time: Maintains 30 hour weekly billable caseload and documents billable hours according to Autonomous Behavior Solution’s policies and state and federal regulations
Audit and analyze classroom behavioral strategies based on assistant supervisor collaboration.
Consult with ABA assistant supervisors, school psychologists, and school admin.
Supports ABA assistant supervisor implementation of behavior reduction procedures, Functional Behavioral Assessment, and implementation of BIPs, as applicable.
BCBA support may include trauma-focused interventions.
Guide MTSS team.
Plan and develop Program Development/Trainings.
Communicate new developments and research in special education.
Additional Functions:
Actively communicates Autonomous Behavior Solutions’ outreach efforts to the community
Responds to referrals for service in a timely and appropriate manner
Participates in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial for program development
Adheres to the mission, vision, and values of Autonomous Behavior Solutions
Required Education and Experience:
A master's degree and educational coursework completed in applied behavior analysis, child development, special education, psychology, or a related field.
Certification from the BACB®
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, and other ABA strategies.
A minimum of three years of experience working directly with children with autism and developmental delays.
A minimum of two years of experience supervising BTs.
Experience providing effective supervision and support to BTs/RBTs.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Work fluctuates between a clinical, office, and home environment. Regular contact with parent/guardian s /community members and outside agency personnel.
Hazards: Incumbents may be exposed to contact with individuals displaying physically aggressive, self-abusive, or socially undesirable behavior.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Work days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; hours will fluctuate based on workload and client schedule.
