Job Summary
Behavior Advocacy is seeking for a BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Fallbrook, CA! This role is NOT Remote. In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapy session, apply the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis, and create individualized treatment plans.; as well as provide Parent Trainings for families. This role is initially PART-TIME (3-6 hours per week).

Responsibilities
Perform intakes and assessments
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current and unrestricted BCBA Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (if not current, Behavior Advocacy will assist with renewal)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to tolerate frequent feedback and communication
