Bloom Behavioral Solutions is a local, family-owned multidisciplinary practice providing rehabilitative services to individuals between the ages of 19 months to 22 years old. The practice is owned by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 15 years in the field and specializes in Feeding Interventions. Bloom provides early intervention services, ABA therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Feeding Intervention, social skills groups, and vocational training opportunities through our community outreach program. We are looking to add compassionate members to our ABA department that are willing to work in a collaborative environment with other disciplines. We are located in Atlantic Beach. A $2,000 sign on bonus is available after 90 days of employment.
The role of the BCBA includes:
Conducting direct clinical care with patients in the clinical setting. This includes, but is not limited to, direct therapy, supervision of RBTs and BCaBAs, assessments, observations, caregiver training, treatment planning, and consultation.
Conducting billable and non-billable clinical indirect services that may include, but are not limited to, clinical write-ups, clinical research, and indirect treatment planning.
Conducting administrative services as delineated by the Company. Determination of which services are classified as Clinical and which services are classified as Administrative is at sole discretion of Company
Collaborate with Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists
