We are looking to add a salaried Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing family of caregivers. Our BCBA will provide training and supervision to our team of BCABAs, RBTs, and BTs. In addition, conduct behavioral assessments of clients, implement treatment curricula, and supervise clients’ progress.
Communication with parents and guardians is key; our BCBA will provide training and assistance to our clients’ caregivers to ensure continuity of care from our institute to our clients’ homes.

Requirements for Success:
- Provide direct behavioral services and assessments
- Conduct behavioral assessments, design treatment programs for clients
- Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) to implement treatment plans
- Provide primary caregiver training and support
- Protect the well-being of all clients in treatment sessions and emergency crises
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
What you will be asked to accomplish:
- Quickly analyze crises and make sound judgments
- Ethically respond to a variety of behavioral situations
- Safely handle aggressive and self-injurious behaviors
- Leverage theories and methods into appropriate behavioral strategies
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written form with a diverse group of clients, caregivers, school personnel, and agency staff
- Work independently to make decisions within the framework of established guidelines
What you are required to have:
- Master’s degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studies
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Minimum two years of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
- Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
