What You’ll Do:
As a BCBA at Jade, you’ll take on a fulfilling leadership role, guiding both your clients and clinical team to success. You’ll:
Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs.
Mentor and train behavior technicians, ensuring they feel confident and capable.
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
Conduct assessments and create treatment goals that lead to real progress.
Lead team meetings, supervise cases, and provide ongoing support to junior BCBAs.
Help shape the regional clinical strategy alongside our Clinical Director.
What You Bring:
BCBA Certification
Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis)
2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children with autism
At least 1 year of supervisory experience designing programs & training staff
Proficiency in DTT, NET/NATS, and verbal behavior approaches
Experience conducting behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA, etc.)
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour Location: Hybrid & In-Person | Job Type: Part-Time
