We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA at Lively Behavioral Solutions, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families and other professionals to support the growth and progress of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas of improvement
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA
Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans
Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians
Monitor and analyze data to evaluate client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and consistency of interventions
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA
Uphold ethical standards and maintain professionalism in all aspects of the job
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Minimum of one year of experience working as a BCBA
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
Ability to effectively train and supervise behavior technicians
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with individuals with ASD and their families
Commitment to ongoing professional development
